Reports are prepared for planning purposes using the appropriate project information and recognised acoustic guidance. Planning decisions remain with the local authority, so approval cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if my project is more complex?
We review the information before starting. If the fixed-price scope is not suitable, we will explain why and provide a separate quotation rather than proceed unexpectedly.
Does the flat-conversion service include sound testing?
No. It covers design review and construction recommendations for simple layouts. Pre-completion sound-insulation testing is a separate service.
